Henry Espinoza, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Gordian, where he, brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in human resource management and organizational development. With a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, he plays a pivotal role in aligning our HR strategies with the company’s goals to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

He, holds a degree, in Strategic Management in Human Resources, Legal and social sciences from Mariano Galvez and ALIDE, and is certified in System ArmStrong, Research techniques, Training Trainers and BRC. Throughout his career, Henry has excelled in various HR leadership roles across banking institutions and food industries, where he successfully implement innovative HR programs that enhanced employee engagement and improved overall organizational performance.

At Gordian, Henry leads the HR team in developing and executing initiatives that support employee growth, performance management, and diversity and inclusion. He is dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work.Henry is passionate about employee development and believes in the importance of continuous learning and professional growth.
