Narda serves as the Director of Sales at Gordian, where she brings over 25 years of experience in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales, marketing and advertising teams. With a deep understanding of the market and a passion for customer success, Narda is dedicated to developing innovative sales strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

She holds an Digital Marketing Master Degree and  Bussiness Administration Bachellor from Florida International University and has a proven track record in various sales leadership roles within agriculture, food service, fertilizers and vegetal nutrition as well as international and local advertising agencies. Throughout her career, Narda has consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.

At Gordian, Narda leads a dynamic sales team, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members to reach their full potential. She is instrumental in identifying new market opportunities and implementing effective sales processes that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Narda's approach to sales is rooted in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that add value. She believes in the importance of collaboration and open communication, working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to create a seamless experience for clients.

Outside of work, Narda enjoys learn about the consumer and human behavior and costumers habits, read a good book, cook and create good family memories  and is an active member of reader´s clubs and most important Guatemalan bussiness schools.With her leadership, Gordian is poised for continued success, and Narda is committed to driving the company’s vision forward through innovative sales strategies and a customer-centric approach.
